"I wasn't actually looking for changing my insurance when I got a call and quoted with significant savings (almost $600 per year) on my car insurance. I was told that because my home insurance is also with State Farm, I am offered this combo discount, a good deal which I wonder a lot of people don't even realize. This kind of good surprises doesn't happen often and I'm very thankful to the diligent and exceptional work by Agent Bruce, Joe, & the team."

"I was coming from another insurance company looking for a better quote and I contacted Bruce's agency ( Agent - Eneida Hernandez ) to put together a quote for auto and home. Eneida quickly collected the information and sent quotes via email. She didn't bother me with lot of calls. In the follow-up conversation, I had few questions and she was able to answer them in detail. End result is I switched to Statefarm in few minutes of phone conversation. This is by far the lowest amount of time I spent with any insure agency to gain the confidence before switching over. Thank you!!!"

"Bruce and team are excellent, especially Eneida! I swapped from another carrier because I had a new driver and I could get the same coverage for less. I bundled and saved money on my house insurance as well and even added an umbrella policy, still saved thousands of dollars per year. Customer service is excellent, stop thinking about it and get a quote, you won't be sorry."

"Claims department isn't very responsive. April Bell won't return my calls. I've left 6 messages. Owen is a great guy. He's been helpful. I appreciate that. Bridgette is great too. She's always checking on me. I stopped by the office today. Very friendly and personable. My last review was unfair. April is NOT in Bruce's office so I was wrong to be upset with him or his staff. I will continue to carry my insurance with them. I'll call them directly with any other insurance needs I may have. I'm sorry for the 3. Today is a 5. Sandi P Wells"
